Elevated Journey was created in honor of my mother, Lori Roberts. In her final days, I sat at her bedside for 36 hours in hospice as she transitioned. It was a confusing and emotional time — but the compassionate people in hospice comforted me, held space for my grief, and gave me the strength to be fully present with her.

During those hours, I also heard the heartbreaking sound of a woman in the room next to my mother, crying with no family to support her. That moment stayed with me forever and ignited a truth in my heart: nobody should ever have to die alone.

Elevated Journey was born from that truth — and from the belief that every end-of-life experience deserves dignity, compassion, and presence. My role as an end-of-life doula is to walk beside individuals and families, offering guidance, comfort, and holistic care. Whether that means helping families create legacy projects, holding space with sound and meditation, or simply being a calm presence in times of uncertainty, my mission is to make this sacred transition as peaceful and meaningful as possible.

Elevated Journey exists not only for those without support, but also for families who want compassionate guidance, deeper connection, and a safe space to honor their loved one’s journey. At its heart, my work is about ensuring no one faces this time without comfort, clarity, and love.

“In every ending, there is beauty, connection, and love — and no one should walk that path without support.”
